KNIFE AND GARDEN TOOLS
If it is not possible or inconvenient for you to post your items to me or visit one of the domestic sharpening markets I attend on a monthly basis then I can come to your address as long as its in SHROPSHIRE.There is a minimum £25.00 call out fee which would cover approximately 16 blades(any additional blades would be sharpened at a cost of £1.20 each)and as previously stated that can include knives ,scissors,shears ,secateurs etc,etc I will have a go at sharpening most things and if I cant do it I,ll find someone who can.
If your struggling to find 16 blades then ask a neighbour or family member if they need my services and club together .
There are obviously busy times of the year for garden tools and busy times for knives I,ll also show you ways to keep the blades sharp for longer . As a general rule a domestic knife once sharpened by my machinery is spot on for 6 months to a year ,for chefs its approximately 2-4 months and for lets say a carvery restaurant that can be monthly.
